Swan Surgery

The Swan patient group was formed in October 2011 anjd is made up of patients registered at the surgery in Bury St Edmunds.

The Forest Surgery patient group was formed during 2012 and is made up of patienst registered with the surgery in Brandon

They range in age from early 20’s to late 70’s & have a variety of different needs from the practice. Some of the members are fit and well using the surgery on an infrequent basis while others have chronic conditions which require regular visits.
